Had an amazing Valentine’s dinner at Twelve 21 Restaurant with my girl! The atmosphere was romantic and cozy, perfect for our special night. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. We had a fantastic time, and I’d definitely recommend this place for a date night!
I went into twelve 21 for Valentine’s Day not expecting much. But as soon as I got in I was greeted with a clean healthy environment. I normally do not go out to hookah bars so I seemed to have a lack of knowledge with what I was doing but my waiter Brooke was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction of some excellent choices. The lamb chops were absolutely spectacular and the Long Island she had suggested did the job. I would definitely recommend any person to go here. The staff, food, service, drinks, etc were all exemplary. 5 star all around the table.
Made reservations for Valentines Day at Twelve 21 to try something new and let me tell you I will definitely be back! The prefix menu they offered was absolutely amazing from the wine appetizer and dinner I couldn’t be more impressed not to mention the chocolate covered strawberries were the perfect touch! They also had an amazing cocktail menu which I had two drinks from I got the raspberry kiss and the spicy love they were perfectly mixed and strong !! The staff was so attentive and friendly and the DJ played the perfect mix of songs .. I highly recommend trying this place you won’t be disappointed!!
Hillary was amazing! She made us feel so welcomed and her customer service was top tier! She was very attentive , patient, and kind. One if the best experiences I have ever had ! Thank you Hillary! We ll definitely be back and requesting you!

Adonis accommodated my party, and made sure my party was catered to although he was was the head security guard. Jessie was catered to my table my wait time was less then 10 min, she knew my parties order and gave us great recommendations on drinks and appetizers! ASK FOR JESSIE!
